Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours?
Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
What is the recommendation for vaccines and appointments?
To keep EVERYONE safe, it is of the upmost importance to keep up with vaccines and appointments. Whether you are a parent of many animals or one, shots will keep all family members safe. When a first-time animal comes into your life that animal should be taken to a Veterinarian right away. Animals can appear healthy but can be far from it. An outside animal could pose a grave threat to your family and animals by presenting disease into a home without immediate indications. Do not take a chance and consult with a Veterinarian right away and be honest about the intentions of animal care (inside or outside pets).
Can my pet be seen today?
We offer same day urgent care appointments for things such as skin/ear infections, limping, vomiting and diarrhea. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment.
What do I do if my pet has an EMERGENCY?
If an emergency arises, after hours, we recommend that you take your pet immediately to the nearest emergency clinic.
Bill explanations?
All shots, surgeries, dentals and care performed at our Veterinary clinic will be fully explained and an estimate will be handed to the client. Questions are welcomed at all times. Some questions can only be answered by the Veterinarian.
What do we need to do today?
Different animals need different things. Your pets age, breed, lifestyle, and background (whether they came from a shelter, rescue, breeder or friend) has a huge effect on what vaccines, diagnostics and preventatives they need. Please be sure to pricing any and all health records your pup came with to help your veterinarian help you.
